With reference to my petition dated the 30th ultimo which I have addressed to the Secretary of State I have the honour to request that in forwarding it His Excellency the Governor will mention the following names of medical men consulted by me in London in 1904-5 with reference to my

deafness, viz:

Mr. Richard Lake 19 Harley Street

Mr. Cumberbatch 80 Portland Place W.C.

Their reports will support the certificates submitted by me with my petition.

2. Further I venture to attach a medical certificate from Dr. Belilios for His Excellency's information.

3. May I further request that should His Excellency deem it necessary he will also take the opinion of my fellow officers who have worked with me.
